RESUMEN
El presente documento intenta mostrar, de manara aproximativa y reflexiva, los aspectos multidimensionales que giran alrededor de la noción de una ciudadanía plena. En el recorrido discursivo se entretejen constructor teóricos derivados de las interpretaciones de autores como Edgar Morin, Adela Cortina, Fernando Savater, Jürgen Habermas, Luis Castro Leiva, entre otros no menos importantes. Vale mencionar que las construcciones epistemo-teóricas resultantes conllevan a afirmar que la ciudadanía plena se perfila como una socio-dimensión epocal que solicita reconfiguraciones bajo las especificidades de lo humano y la sustentabilidad planetaria. Por lo cual, los procesos formativos y educativos mantienen sus relevancia en las dinámicas del mundo globalizado.

ABSTRACT
This paper intends to show, in approximate and reflective mode, the multidimensional aspects that orbit around the notion of broad citizenship. In the discursive, it has been laced some theoretical constructions which have been derived from the interpretations of authors like Edgar Morin, Adela Cortina, Fernando Savater, Jürgen Habermas, Luis Castro Leiva, among other no less important. It is worth mentioning that the resulting epistemological and theoretical constructions claim to affirm that broad citizenship is seen as an epochal socio-dimension which requires reconfigurations under the specifications of the human and planetary sustainability. Therefore, training and educational processes maintain their relevance in the dynamics of the globalized world.
